24 Hours

Reservations booked directly with the Des Lux Hotel or on www.desluxhotel.com may be cancelled 24 hours prior to 3pm the day of arrival free of charge.

48 Hours

Third party reservations (Expedia, Hotels.com etc.) require 48-hour cancellation prior to 3pm the of arrival without penalty. Third party reservations require cancellation to be completed though the original booking site.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but can be requested on the day of arrival or departure, for an additional fee.
